Juan Herrera is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in dispute resolution programs. Currently serving as Vice President at BBB National Programs since June 2019, Juan has a proven track record in leadership and program development. Prior to this role, Juan held the position of National Director for Dispute Resolution Programs at the Council of Better Business Bureaus from July 1994 to June 2019. Juan holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from American University, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
