Kailesh Ladwa is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and customer service. Currently serving as a Global Service Desk Analyst at BBA Aviation plc since January 2015, Kailesh is responsible for providing first-level support to over 16,000 clients globally, effectively managing and triaging technical issues across multiple locations and subsidiaries. Prior to this role, Kailesh worked as a Service Desk Analyst at Ladbrokes, delivering quality support to 25,000 active users, and held positions at Fenwick as a Customer Services Assistant and at Contactum Ltd. as an IT Technician, where responsibilities included software development, installation, and system support. Kailesh holds a degree in Computer System Engineering from the University of Plymouth and completed a GNVQ in Advanced Science at Whitefield School.
