Israel Shiff has extensive experience in IT infrastructure and operations, currently serving as the Head of Infrastructure & Cyber at BAZAN Group Oil Refineries Ltd since October 2022. Previously, Israel held the position of Chief Infrastructure Architect at Phoenix Holdings from May 2022 to October 2022 and managed the IT Core Infrastructure Department at HOT from 2017 to May 2022, overseeing multiple teams including System, Storage, Network, and DBA. Other roles include Core Infrastructure & Operation Manager at CBC Group, Multimedia, Datacenter & LABs Manager at Syverse, Production IT Teams Leader at Kenshoo, and various managerial positions at Partner Communications Company LTD. Israel began a career as a Senior Unix System Administrator at IAI and also served as Operational Manager & Unix System Admin at 012 Golden Lines.
