Kimberly Niccolai, MA, RDN has a diverse work experience in customer success and health coaching roles. Kimberly is currently working as a Client Success Manager at Bazaarvoice. Prior to that, they were a Customer Success Manager Apprentice at RecastSuccess. From 2017 to 2022, Kimberly worked at Noom Inc. in various roles, including Program Manager for B2B Partnerships, Coach Manager, and Health Coach. In these roles, they demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills, achieving high customer satisfaction and client renewals. Additionally, Kimberly has a background in nutrition, having completed a Dietetic Internship at Fontbonne University in 2016.
Kimberly Niccolai, MA, RDN holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Arizona. Kimberly pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in multidisciplinary health communication studies from Fontbonne University. In March 2016, Kimberly also earned the Registered Dietician (RD) certification from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics' Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics. Additionally, they completed the Customer Success Bootcamp program offered by RecastSuccess in September 2022.
