Germantas Stasytis has a diverse work experience, starting in 2016 at Solet Technics, UAB, where they worked as an Electrician/Engineer. Germantas'sresponsibilities included the assembly, installation, and maintenance of solar photovoltaic systems, as well as performing minor electrical work.

In 2018, Germantas joined Bazaarvoice as a Technical Implementation Engineer, where they ensured clients' successful implementation of the Bazaarvoice core platform. Germantas prioritized work, managed changes to requirements, and addressed customer satisfaction throughout the engagement.

At Bazaarvoice, Germantas later transitioned to the role of Partnership Integration Engineer in 2020. In this position, they facilitated the delivery of content from Bazaarvoice products and partners to the Bazaarvoice platform. Germantas also troubleshooted partner and client issues, consulting on the best path to resolution and collaborating with internal teams.

Overall, Germantas has demonstrated their ability to effectively implement and integrate technical solutions while providing excellent customer support.

Germantas Stasytis has a diverse education history. In 2013, they started their studies at Vilnius Technology and Design College, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Germantas completed this program in 2016.

In 2018, Germantas attended CodeAcademy and achieved a degree in Full Stack fundamentals in the field of Information Technology. During the same year, they also pursued Front-End Intermediate Studies at the same institution.

Later, in 2020, Germantas enrolled at Vilnius CODING School, specializing in Big Data. Germantas completed this program in 2021.

Germantas has also obtained additional certifications. In January 2023, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance. Additionally, in February 2021, they completed the Big Data Training program offered by Vilnius CODING School.
