Chris Hernandez began their work experience as a Research Assistant at Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi in 2012. In 2013, they became a Graduate Assistant at the University of Maryland, where they worked until 2016. Starting in 2017, Hernandez joined VUV Analytics, Inc. as an Inside Sales Specialist, responsible for being the first point of contact for prospective customers and ensuring data accuracy in the sales and marketing CRM systems. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Product Marketing Specialist, where they acted as a product expert, defined sales and marketing processes, and maintained sales and marketing performance data. Most recently, in 2021, Hernandez joined Bazaarvoice as a Marketing Systems Administrator.

Chris Hernandez received a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi in 2013. Following that, from 2013 to 2016, they pursued a Master of Science in Physical Chemistry at the University of Maryland. Additionally, Chris has obtained certifications such as PMC-I from Pragmatic Institute and Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification from Salesforce. Unfortunately, specific dates for when these certifications were obtained are not provided.
