Dmitry Poleshchuk is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in leading AI products, mobile-first health insurance solutions, and B2B logistics marketplaces. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Bayzat since September 2019, Dmitry has successfully driven product development from concept to market realization, contributing to significant revenue retention in enterprise accounts. Prior roles include pivotal positions at Cargomart.ru, where Dmitry was instrumental in launching a B2B logistics marketplace with over $100M in GMV, as well as leadership in IT projects at SIBUR that involved large-scale infrastructure migrations and customer support system launches. Dmitry holds two Master's degrees, one in Economics and Management and another in Nuclear Physics, and has foundations in computer science.
