Karen Heller is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in sales and account management. Currently serving as a Sales Representative at Baywood Court Retirement Community since March 2021, Karen previously held multiple leadership roles at Choicelunch from March 2008 to June 2020. Notably, Karen was the Director of Sales and Account Management, where oversight of a $25 million budget and nearly 300 accounts led to consistent achievement of sales and retention goals. As Director of Key Accounts, Karen focused on the needs of public and private school districts, successfully winning competitive bids exceeding $2 million. In the role of Director of Business Development, Karen doubled the account base within the public school sector, while earlier experience as an Account Manager involved managing half of the clientele and securing strategic new accounts. Karen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on marketing from California State University, Chico, and a 200-hour certification in Yoga Teacher Training/Yoga Therapy from Greenpath Yoga.
