Dan Galvin, the Director of Culinary Services at Bayview Seattle since February 2008, has extensive experience in various roles within the food and hospitality industry. Prior to their current position, Dan served as the Front of House Manager at Maximilen Restaurant and owned a Mediterranean restaurant in Jacksonville, Oregon. With a background in Political Science from the University of Arizona, Dan's career has also included roles such as Director of Food Services at Red Lion and General Manager at Marc Antony Hotel.
