Larry Baker serves as the Principal at BaySys Technology, LLC since October 2003, where the firm offers outsourcing and back-office reconciliation services to advisors and wealth management firms utilizing various financial management systems. Prior to this, Larry held the position of Senior Vice President at Advent Outsource, overseeing Data Management and Customer Service teams, and previously at Round Hill Securities, where Larry established and led the Portfolio and Data Operations department. Larry's career began at Advent Software as a Senior Consultant, where responsibilities included implementing systems at numerous client sites across the United States. Larry holds a BA and BS in English and Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
