Erika Glass is the Director of Firm Administration at BayPine, which she joined in 2019. Prior to joining BayPine, she held various operations and administrative roles at PillPack (acquired by Amazon), Bain Capital, and SVG Advisers. Early on, Erika embarked on a career as a music teacher at several Boston area schools. She holds a BM from Berklee College of Music.
