Frédéric Schepens is the CEO of Bayobab Group, a pan-African digital connectivity solutions company, and has been in this role since September 2017. In addition to leadership at Bayobab, Frédéric serves as a Board Member for multiple entities including MTN GlobalConnect Solutions Ltd and various Bayobab branches across Africa. Frédéric is also a Non-Executive Board Member at Mawingu and the Chairman of the Board at Innovative Operators (IO), focusing on modernizing the Roaming and Interconnect industry. Previous roles include Managing Director and Chairman of the Board at Vodafone Belgium and Vodafone Enterprise Italy, and Senior Vice President at BICS. Frédéric's educational background includes advanced studies at INSEAD and an MBA from EU Business School.
