Kourtney Walsh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Kourtney began their career at Baylor Genetics in 2016 as a Client Support Specialist and later became a Manager. In 2019, they joined alliantgroup as a Client Relations Associate before returning to Baylor Genetics in 2020. At Baylor Genetics, Kourtney held positions such as Manager of Business Planning & Execution, Senior Manager of Service Improvement, and Associate Director of Customer Experience & Success. Currently, they serve as the Director of Customer Experience & Digital Transformation.
Kourtney Walsh completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics & Marketing from Penn State University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014.
