Tom Rowlands is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager at Bayley & Sage since August 2022. In this role, Tom oversees recruitment and staffing, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, policy development, performance management, compliance, employee engagement, and strategic planning. Prior to this position, Tom held several roles within the hospitality industry, including General Manager at Mosaic Pub and Dining and various managerial positions at wagamama. Tom holds a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Management from CIPD and a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Art from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David. Additionally, Tom has a strong foundation in customer service and leadership from earlier positions in the front of house team.
