Kim Arnold, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Director of Human Resources for Bayless School District since September 2015. With extensive experience in human resources management, Kim held the position of HR Director at Delve/Focus Pointe Global from 2006 to September 2015 and at First Transit/Coach USA from October 2000 to January 2006. Kim's career in HR began with a role as Senior HR Manager at Clipper Cruise Line/Intrav, where service lasted from June 1993 to September 2000. Kim holds a BS in Geography with a focus on Travel & Tourism from Missouri State University and a MA in Human Resources Management from Webster University.
