Steve Wenninger started working at Bayland Buildings, Inc. in 2004 as the Vice President of Operations. Steve then went on to establish their own company, Wenninger Properties, in 2005 where they serve as the President.

Steve Wenninger attended NWTC from 2000 to 2002 and obtained an Associate's degree in Architecture.
