Panagiotis Alekos serves as a Senior Transformation Lead at Bayer, focusing on the implementation of a Dynamic-Shared-Ownership model and enhancing decision-making across the organization. With extensive experience at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, Panagiotis has held leadership roles, including Head of Strategy & Operations for Europe, Middle East & Africa, and Managing Director for Bayer Slovenia, where significant strategic and cultural transformations were achieved. Previous positions at Schering included Marketing & Sales Director, where successful product launches and organizational restructuring were key achievements. Panagiotis holds multiple degrees, including an Advanced Executive Coaching Program and a Master of Science in Marketing Management, and is currently pursuing studies in Digital Transformation and Business Analytics at IMD.
