Hemant Kandlur has over 28 years of experience in procurement, predominantly with Bayer, where positions held include Associate Director Procurement - CS Directs at Bayer LLC since January 2011 and various leadership roles at Bayer CropScience LP since 1995, including Head of Strategic Procurement and Associate General Manager Procurement. Expertise encompasses the procurement of Fluoro Chemicals, Catalysts, Inorganics, and Intermediates for new development molecules, along with overseeing sourcing for Chemical Raw Materials.
