Charlene Ng is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical and consumer health sectors, currently serving as the Vice President of US Medical Affairs for Bayer Consumer Health since 2012. In this role, Charlene leads the North America medical affairs team, managing diverse responsibilities including promotional reviews, governance, litigations, and continuing medical education. Prior to this position, Charlene held various roles within Bayer, developing growth platforms for nutritional supplements and overseeing medical strategy for the Upper Respiratory business units. Charlene's career began at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products, where contributions included clinical evaluations and technology assessments for prominent therapeutic brands. Charlene holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Toronto, a Master of Public Health from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Toronto.
