Barry Jacobson serves as the Business Unit Lead at Bayer, overseeing a diverse portfolio that includes seeds, crop protection, and digital solutions, along with a team of over 30 colleagues in southern Iowa since August 2018. Prior experience includes roles such as NA Transformation Strategy & Culture Lead, where Barry led projects impacting long-term outcomes, and Area Business Manager, where efforts focused on achieving sales targets and enhancing team development across multiple states. Previously, Barry held positions at Monsanto Company, notably as NA Go-To-Market Strategy Manager and Dealer Development Manager, driving dealer recruitment and development strategies in key agricultural regions. Barry holds a Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness and Animal Science from South Dakota State University.
