Eva Sofge is a Civil Engineer at Bayer Becker since September 2021, previously serving as an Environmental Engineering Coop at the same company from January 2020 to August 2020. Early in their career, Eva worked as an Intern at URBAN BLOOMS, where grant proposals for community-development projects were written and project proposals for CVG Airport involved Autodesk Inventor renderings. Eva gained valuable experience as an Engineering Co-op at the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati, where elevation data analysis was performed using Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD for local sewer projects, alongside site visits to observe contractor-project manager dynamics. Additionally, Eva contributed to the University of Cincinnati's Cardiovascular Research Center as a Research Assistant, focusing on refined thermal ablation procedures and creating 3D images using ultrasound and MATLAB.
