Susan Adamowski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in practice management and business advisory services within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Principal/Owner at Physician Practice Management, LLC since 2010, Susan specializes in strategic business planning and financial management for medical practices, including behavioral health. In addition to this role, Susan holds positions as a Board Member for YMCA Southcoast and Dartmouth Education Foundation, and as a Corporator at BayCoast Bank. Previous experience includes serving as CFO/COO at New Bedford Medical Associates, where operational and financial management of a multi-specialty physician group was conducted.
