Paul Mello has extensive experience in both athletics and banking. Since September 2021, Paul has served as the Track and Cross Country Coach at Fairhaven High School. In the banking sector, Paul has held various leadership roles at BayCoast Bank since June 2003, currently functioning as Vice President of Business Development, where responsibilities include developing new deposit and loan relationships across all business lines. Paul's career also includes previous positions as Vice President of Sales and Service, VP of Business Development, and First Vice President, Business Development and Government Banking Officer. Paul is an alumnus of Fisher College.
