Ed Rafalski currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of South Florida College of Public Health and as the Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer at BayCare Health System, where responsibilities include system strategic planning and linking strategic decisions to execution. Ed Rafalski has held various leadership roles in healthcare, including Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Illinois School of Public Health, Senior Vice President of Planning & Marketing at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, and Vice President of Marketing at Alexian Brothers Health System. Ed Rafalski's extensive experience also includes a role as Vice President of Planning & Marketing at Sinai Health System and Co-Chairman of the Board at Collaboraction Theatre Company. Educational credentials include a PhD in Public Health from the University of Illinois Chicago, and an MPH from Yale University, in addition to an AB in Public Policy from the University of Chicago.
