Jeff Knapp serves as the Chief People Officer at BAYADA Home Health Care since March 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Clean Harbors from January 2018 to December 2021, overseeing HR for a leading environmental services provider. Previously, Knapp was Vice President of Human Resources for North America Retail at Dollar Financial Group, Senior Vice President and Head of HR at Harvest Power, Inc., and Senior Director of HR Operations at Take Care Health Systems. Earlier roles include HR Vice President at ARAMARK Healthcare and Coach at Studer Group, focusing on organizational culture transformation in healthcare. Knapp began professional career as a pastor at the Church of the Nazarene from 1988 to 2001. Educational credentials include an Executive Leadership Certificate from Cornell University and degrees in Religion and Theology from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and Nazarene Theological Seminary, respectively.
