Ram Ramakrishna is an experienced professional in the fields of food science and research, currently serving as R&D Manager at Bay State Milling Company since February 2023. Previously, Ram held various roles at North Dakota State University, including Graduate Research Assistant, President of the Association of Students from India, Vice President of the Graduate Student Council, and Senator of the Student Senate from December 2013 to May 2021. Ram has also worked as a Scientific Officer and Scientific Assistant at the Institute of Food Science and Technology, where responsibilities included content development and editing for publications. Earlier experience includes a role as a Food Safety and Quality Assurance Trainee at IADFAC Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. Ram holds a PhD in Cereal Science from North Dakota State University, a Master of Science in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Leeds, and a Bachelor of Science with a Tri Major in Biotechnology, Microbiology, and Chemistry from M.S.Ramaiah College.
