Jim Arnau is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Bay State Milling Company since February 2017, Jim oversees Florida Operations encompassing manufacturing, quality, planning, and logistics. Additionally, Jim owns Jupiter Vacation Rentals and is the Principal at BlueWater Properties of South Florida. Previous roles include Packaging Operations Manager at Florida Crystals, where management of 21 production lines was essential, and Plant Operations Manager at Nestlé Waters North America, overseeing high-speed manufacturing and packaging operations. Jim's experience also includes positions at Johnson & Johnson and General Mills, focusing on manufacturing supervision and system improvement. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maine.
