Thaina Nascimento possesses a diverse range of experience in various roles within human resources and customer service. Currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Bay State Community Services, Inc. since February 2021, Thaina has also held positions as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Administrative Assistant within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Front Desk Associate at Adventure Bound Camping Resorts, a Bank Teller at Northway Bank, and a Sales Associate at Things Remembered. Thaina commenced a career in customer service as a Camp Counselor at Somerville Recreation. Educationally, Thaina earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Plymouth State University between 2016 and 2020, following graduation from Somerville High School in 2016.
