Natalia Belaya serves as the Chief Information Security Officer at Cloudera, where responsibilities include driving security initiatives across modern data architectures and unifying security functions into a cohesive team. In addition to this role, Natalia is an advisory board member for the Master of Science in Cybersecurity program at Dominican University of California, contributing expertise to enhance cybersecurity education. Current board memberships include The CISO Society and the Cybersecurity Collaboration Forum. As co-founder of Bay Mountain Security, Natalia acts as a security trainer, educator, and virtual CISO. Previous roles include leadership positions at Roche, Autodesk, and Shutterfly, where significant advancements in cybersecurity compliance and risk management were achieved. Educational credentials include a CISO executive program from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley. Training as a Power yoga instructor was completed in 2019.
