Manickavel Subramani is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and systems engineering. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at Bay Microsystems, Inc. since September 2014, Subramani focuses on fostering global data center and cloud network connectivity with high data rates. Previous roles include Principal Engineer/Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin, where leadership was provided for the Next Iridium Satellite Program and the WIN-T Program, as well as Technical Lead at General Dynamics Robotic Systems for networking solutions in defense applications. Earlier career achievements include project management at Megisto Systems, consultancy at Hughes Network Systems on satellite communication projects, and protocol development for avionic systems at Aeronautical Radio, Inc. Subramani holds an MS in Telecommunication Management from the University of Maryland, an MS in Computer Science from Texas A&M University-Commerce, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras.
