Ngowari Diminas has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Ngowari is currently the Vice President of Projects and Operations at Bay Matrix Group (USA) and also serves as the Deputy Managing Director - Engineering/Projects at Westpaq. Prior to these positions, they worked at TC Energy as a US Project Services representative and later as a Project Engineer focusing on Quality & Compliance. Ngowari also worked as a Project Engineer at TC Energy from 2013 to 2018. Before joining TC Energy, Ngowari worked as a Process Engineer at AMEC and Processes Unlimited International Inc. Ngowari also had a role as a Process/Project Engineer at Bay Sludge UK and as a Drilling Data Engineer at Fugro.

Ngowari Diminas began their education at the University of Port Harcourt in 1997, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Chemical Engineering. Ngowari completed their undergraduate studies in 2003.

In 2005, Diminas attended Robert Gordon University, where they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Oil & Gas Engineering. Ngowari completed this program in 2006.

Ngowari furthered their education in 2018 by enrolling in the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business. Here, Diminas pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Global Leadership. Ngowari completed their MBA studies in 2020.

In addition to their formal degrees, Diminas has obtained several certifications. Ngowari is COREN Certified by The Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria, holding the designation but with no specific details on the date acquired.
