Shawn Barrington has over 14 years of experience in operations and management roles within the manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Regional Operations Manager and previously as Plant Manager at Bay Industries Inc since June 2009, Shawn has developed expertise in overseeing plant operations and optimizing processes. Prior experience includes serving as Shipping Receiving Supervisor at Magic Coil Products, LLC from July 2004 to June 2009, where responsibilities included managing shipping and receiving functions. Shawn is a graduate of Eastside JR./SR. High School.
