Keith Plummer is an experienced insurance executive currently serving as President at Bay Harbor Re since April 2023. Previously, Plummer held the position of Director of Commercial Programs at AF - Group from 2010 to April 2022, where leadership encompassed oversight of commercial insurance programs and management of a profit and loss statement exceeding $700 million in revenue. Prior to that, Plummer worked at Accident Fund Insurance Company of America from 2004 to 2010, contributing as a Business Development Lead and Claims Examiner. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (2007-2010) and a Bachelor's degree in Business & Communications from Michigan State University.
