Chris O'Connor is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the insurance and financial services sectors. Currently serving as COO/CFO at Bay Harbor Re since April 2023, Chris is dedicated to delivering strategic reinsurance solutions to the property and casualty insurance industry. Previously, Chris held various significant roles, including Vice President at Sunz Holdings and Area Senior Vice President at Arthur J Gallagher, complemented by an extensive tenure as Partner at Stonehenge Insurance Solutions, which catered to the PEO industry. Earlier career milestones include ownership of National HR Advantage Inc., SVP of Business Services at Presidion Solutions, and Senior Manager in M&A at Ernst & Young. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Michigan State University.
