Sharon A. Tripp, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Bay Colony Golf Club since August 2021. Previously, Sharon A. held the same position at The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club. With a strong background in HR and payroll management, Sharon has experience in onboarding, personnel file maintenance, reference/background checks, and ADP Workforce enrollment. Prior to their HR roles, Sharon A. worked in accounting and customer service positions, showcasing their diverse skill set.
