Sneha Gandhi is a dedicated education professional with extensive experience in mentoring, teaching, and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Regional Supervisor and Student Success Coach at Bay Area Youth Agency Consortium (BAYAC) AmeriCorps, Sneha leads the recruitment, supervision, and training of AmeriCorps Members while fostering strong relationships with partner agencies. As a Professional Speaker for Stanford General Education Network and a Best Selling Author of the Women Who Boss Up book series, Sneha promotes empowerment among women of color. Additional experience includes roles as a Substitute Teacher, Educational Therapist, mentor, and co-founder of The Cable Online Magazine, where responsibilities encompassed brand development and content creation. Sneha holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in Human Development from Pacific Oaks College and two Bachelor's degrees in Sociology from Loyola Marymount University.
