Suzie McDaniel has worked as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Bay Area Hospital from 1985 to 2011, and again from 2010 to the present.

Suzie McDaniel earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Capella University in 2003. Suzie then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Education & Human Resource Studies from Colorado State University, which they completed in 2005.
