Don serves as the Chief Program Officer at Bay Area Community Resources. He has worked in the field of youth development for over 30 years and has been a leader at BACR since 1987. Don has a Masters in Counseling and is a licensed marriage and family therapist. He has maintained long-standing relationships with the youth-serving community throughout the Bay Area and is part of city, regional, and state-wide committees and work groups all focused on improving the lives of students and families.
