Minda Berbeco is an experienced manager and consultant specializing in environmental policy and education. Currently serving as Manager at the Bay Area Air Quality Management District since October 2020, Minda oversees the on-road team within the Strategic Incentives Division, responsible for funding fleet expansion to electric and hydrogen vehicles, as well as alternative transportation infrastructure, with an annual budget of approximately $165 million. Concurrently, Minda acts as a consultant for the Bay Area Clean Air Foundation, managing financial operations and presenting work plans to the Board. Previous roles include Chapter Director for the Sierra Club's San Francisco Bay Chapter, where Minda diversified fundraising strategies, and Programs and Policy Director at the National Center for Science Education, where Minda launched multiple educational programs and advocated for climate change education.
