Sohan Thakare is an experienced professional in operations and engineering management, currently serving as Operations Manager and previously as Operations & Manufacturing Engineer at Bay Advanced Technologies since March 2018. Sohan began at the company as an Operations Intern in May 2017. Prior experience includes a role as Corporate Consultant at Bridgestone through the Krannert School of Management's Experiential Learning Initiative, where Sohan contributed to developing a business strategy and performing value chain analysis. Sohan participated as a team member in the Business War Games simulation competition while at Purdue University. Previous engineering experience includes an internship at Enpro Industries Pvt Ltd. Sohan holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Purdue University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
