Melvyn Redding is an experienced operations and hospitality professional with a strong background in culinary management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at BaxterStorey since May 2018, Melvyn has held various titles including Account Manager, Operations Support Manager, and Chef Manager. Prior experience includes leading roles as Head Chef at CH&Co Group and Compass Group, as well as Hospitality Manager at Marks and Spencer. Melvyn started a culinary career at PITCHER AND PIANO LIMITED, spending five years as Head Chef. Educational qualifications include a degree in Catering and Hospitality from City College Southampton and a diploma in Hospitality Management from Compass Group.
