Richard O'Boyle is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR management across multiple organizations, currently serving as Senior HR Manager at Baxter International Inc. since October 2023. Previous roles include Associate Director of Human Resources at AbbVie and Allergan, where responsibilities encompassed managing HR policies, employee engagement, recruitment processes, and training initiatives.
