Dan Allen is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in industrial engineering. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer at Baxter International Inc. since May 2021, Dan previously held significant roles at Faurecia from May 2013 to March 2021, including Program Manufacturing Leader and Process Engineer. Dan’s career began at NSG Pilkington, where a journey starting as a production worker led to various engineering positions over nearly 18 years. Dan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from the Indiana Institute of Technology, earned between 2006 and 2011.
