Emily Altman is a Civil Engineer I at Baxter & Woodman since January 2023, bringing a background in environmental engineering from Florida Atlantic University, where Emily earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering in 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at French Bakery of Delray from February 2018 to March 2022, where Emily advanced from counter sales to Shift Leader and then to Assistant Manager, overseeing daily operations, training staff, and collaborating with the head pastry chef. Emily also holds an Associate's degree from Palm Beach State College, completed in 2020.
