Amy Martinez, MSML, PHR, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Baxter Mfg, a division of ITW FEG since April 2022, Amy previously held senior positions at Toray Composite Materials America, Inc., including Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist II. Additional experience includes Human Resources Generalist roles at Harbor Wholesale Foods and Target, as well as serving as Human Resources Manager at Fellin' Smitten. Amy holds a Master of Science in Management & Leadership with a focus on HR Management from Purdue Global and a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management with an emphasis on Human Resources Management from DeVry University.
