Sokol Ymeraj currently serves as an Operations Team Member at Baxter Arena since August 2023. Previously, Ymeraj worked as a Recruiting Manager at USA College Sport from January 2021 to June 2023, focusing on identifying and scouting talented student-athletes in Albania. Additionally, Ymeraj volunteered as a Soccer Coach with Brooklyn City F.C. from February 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included planning training sessions and teaching soccer fundamentals. Sokol Ymeraj is pursuing multiple degrees, including a Master's degree at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and a Master's degree in Project Management at St. Francis College, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise from St. Francis College and a degree in Exercise Science from Universiteti Barleti.
