Elicent Chai has over two decades of experience in engineering, notably in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors. From August 2010 to April 2021, Elicent served as a Senior Automation Engineer at Takeda, focusing on technical support for production systems during testing and commissioning phases. Prior to this role, Elicent worked at MSD as a Plant Engineer II from 2006 to 2010, where responsibilities included engineering support and maintenance for production equipment. Elicent's career began at Siemens Pte Ltd, where from 2000 to 2006, the position of Service Engineer involved project management and PLC system configuration. Elicent holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Australia, completed between 2007 and 2009.
