Robert Wojcik is an accomplished automotive executive with extensive experience in managing high-performing teams and driving innovation within leading dealership groups. Currently serving as Managing Director at Bawaria Motors Sp. z o.o. since November 2015, Robert Wojcik oversees one of Europe's largest dealer groups, Emil Frey Group, while leading a team of over 150 specialists to establish the dealership as the largest BMW/MINI dealer in Poland. Prior roles include Branch Manager at Inchcape Motor Polska, where Robert Wojcik managed a team of over 100 specialists, and General Manager at Honda Plaza Summit Auto Poland, along with a decade at Honda as Operating Manager. Robert Wojcik holds multiple professional accreditations and degrees, including a Master of Engineering in Vehicles and Tractors and Business Coaching certifications from Kozminski University.
