Luise Søgaard Rosendahl has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Luise is currently working as a Senior Manager, IT Compliance at Bavarian Nordic starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Pharma IT as a Principal Consultant from February 2021 to November 2022, and as a Senior Pharma Consultant from January 2019 to February 2021.

Before Pharma IT, Luise Søgaard Rosendahl served as an IT Service Delivery Manager at LEO Pharma from May 2017 to September 2018. Luise also worked at NNIT where they held positions as an Advanced Business Consultant from October 2013 to April 2017, a Senior Application Manager from April 2011 to September 2013, and an Application Manager from December 2007 to March 2011.

Additionally, they gained experience as a Researcher at Momentum Consulting from January 2007 to July 2007. For their early work experiences, Luise Søgaard Rosendahl worked as a Student Assistant at Copenhagen Business School, International Office from September 2006 to January 2007, and as an Export Trainee at the Consulate General of Denmark, Hamburg from October 2005 to September 2006. Prior to that, they worked again as a Student Assistant at Copenhagen Business School, International Office from April 2003 to August 2005, where they were responsible for the administration of international student housing and coordinating social activities for exchange students.

Luise Søgaard Rosendahl obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in International Business Administration and Modern Languages from Copenhagen Business School, completing their studies from 2001 to 2004. In 2003 to 2004, they also studied at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, focusing on BSc International Business Administration and Modern Languages. Luise continued their education at Copenhagen Business School, earning a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Business from 2004 to 2007.

In 2009, Luise Søgaard Rosendahl attended Performex Human Resources, where they pursued NLP Business Practitioner studies. Additionally, in 2008, they attended Mannaz for It Project Management 1-3, and their enrollment end year is not provided.

Luise Søgaard Rosendahl has also obtained several certifications. In October 2020, they became a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, receiving the certification from Nexum Group. Furthermore, in December 2021, they obtained certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master granted by Scaled Agile, Inc.
