Kittie Torp has extensive experience in the field of laboratory work. In 2008, they began their career as a Bioanalytiker at Rigshospitalet, where they worked in the kromosomlaboratoriet and gained skills in cell cultivation, chromosome analysis, and FISH analysis. Kittie continued their career at Unilabs Serving Pharma in 2012, where they worked as a Bioanalytiker until 2019. During this time, they served as a QC Laboratory Technician at Bavarian Nordic in 2019.

Kittie Torp attended Hobro Gymnasium from 2000 to 2003. Kittie then pursued a Professionsbachelor i laboratoriemedicin from CVU Øresund from 2005 to 2008.
